Chloroplast-Marker Antibodies

In general, the chloroplast consists of three parts: the chloroplast envelope, the thylakoid, and the stroma. Furthermore, chloroplasts contain three different membranes, namely outer membrane, inner membrane, thylakoid membrane. And three separate lumens, the intermembrane space, the stroma, and the thylakoid lumens. These play important roles in chloroplast photosynthesis. The principle of labeling antibodies is to observe whether the corresponding antigens or antigen-antibody complexes are contained by the visualization of the labeling substances according to the fact that the labeling substances can directly or indirectly bind to the antibody globulin without affecting the specific binding of the antigen and the antibody. According to this principle, scientists have successfully developed chloroplast-markered antibodies.

Our Chloroplast-Marker Antibodies

The development of chloroplast-labeled antibodies is of great significance for studying the components of chloroplasts. Lifeasible has been working on the production of chloroplast antibodies for many years. Our technicians have accumulated a lot of successful production experience, and strive to provide customers with quality-assured chloroplast-labeled antibodies.

The study of protein function requires the localization of specific cellular structures and co-localization with chloroplast-specific antibodies to clarify the subcellular distribution of the target protein and reveal the possible cellular processes and different functions of the target protein involved. Our chloroplast marker antibodies have become reliable tools for cell biology research. Here, we provide a series of chloroplast-labeled antibodies to help you perform qualitative, localization, and interaction detection at the protein level.

Applications

  • The morphological structure of chloroplasts can be observed by immunofluorescence technology to understand the subcellular localization of proteins and explore their biological functions.
  • Chloroplast marker antibodies can also be used as positive controls in western blot studies of organelle-separated extracts.
  • For localization analysis of antigens.
  • Antibodies with easily identifiable labels can localize and analyze antigens and are ideal for fast and inexpensive quantitative assays.

The preparation of chloroplast antibodies with high titer, strong specificity and good stability is the basis for the success of cytology experiments. We have a variety of antibody purification equipment and can provide a variety of antibodies. And has multiple product warehouses, with storage, packaging and transportation capabilities for general cargo, refrigerated and freezer warehouses.
