CDJ1 is one of three zinc-finger containing J domain proteins of Chlamydomonas reinhardtii. CDJ1 forms complexes with plastidic HSP90C,HSP70B and CGE1 and is a new cohort protein of the chloroplast multi-chaperone complex.DnaJ/Hsp40 (heat shock protein 40) proteins are highly conserved and play crucial roles in protein translation, folding, unfolding, translocation, and degradation.
Synonyms | Chloroplast DnaJ-like protein, CDJ1 |
Form | Lyophilized |
Reconstitution | For reconstitution add 100 μL of sterile water. |
Applications | Immunoprecipitation (IP), Western Blottingting (WB) |
Comment | Western Blotting has been done on 10-50 µg load per well, immunoprecipitation has been done on 5-50 µl |
Recommended Dilution | 1. 3000 with standard ECL (WB) |
Expected | Apparent MW | 40| 40 kDa |
Host species | Rabbit |
Specificity | N-Term |
Reactivity | Chlamydomonas reinhardtii. |
Immunogen | Fusion protein encoding region for the Chlamydomonas rerinhardtii N-terminal part of CDJ1 Q66YD3, overexpressed in E.coli |
Storage | Store at -20°C. |
Storage Comment | Store lyophilized/reconstituted at -20°C, once reconstituted make aliquots to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Please, remember to spin tubes briefly prior to opening them to avoid any losses that might occur from lyophilized material adhering to the cap or sides of the tubes. |
Purity | Serum |
Clonality | Polyclonal Antibody |
Target | CDJ1 |
Handling Advice | Please, remember to spin tubes briefly prior to opening them to avoid any losses that might occur from lyophilized material adhering to the cap or sides of the tubes. Once reconstituted make aliquots to avoid repreated freeze-thaw cycles. |
